Can I go swimming with a lace wig?
Do not swim with your lace unless you put a stay in conditioner and wear your swimming cap, but we recommend you not to swim with your lace wig in sea water the salt breaks the hair. Treat it like it’s your own hair.
Can I Curl or Style my weave as much as I want?
If you have 100% Virgin hair on, you can curl or style your hair as much as you want to but just always make sure that you read the instructions on the label of the product because some weaves may require a heat up to a certain level. You can also curl your weave at home if you have your own curling iron.
How do I clean my wig or hair Bundles?
First brush the hair with a detangle brush. Fill a basin with warm water. Add a small amount of shampoo. Swish the wig gently around in the basin. Rinse it thoroughly in cool water. Shake it out and hang to air dry.
What Kind of Shampoo can I use for my weave?
You can use regular sulfate free shampoo that is used for natural hair. Sulfate shampoo can cause the hair to strip which cause dryness and tangling. If using conditioner ensure that it is diluted with water as a conditioner. We recommend you use Tresseme and Loreal Shampoo and conditioner.
How do I achieve the natural look?
All wigs can benefit from fine-tuning by a professional stylist. One of the secrets to successfully wearing a wig is having it styled on your head to suit your features.
How many Bundles can I use on my full weave?
We recommend using 2-3 packs for a full head of hair plus the closure.
How long will it take for me to receive my hair?
We have a standard 2-5 working days processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.
