· 1.Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any manner. Will not affect the second sales

· 2.The hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied at the top.

· 3.The hair must be in its original packaging.

· 4. Strictly NO returns on wigs.
